Bombastic Scooter Club was created in 2002 by a group of people in Tri-Cities Washington with a passion for Vespa scooters. While the prime passion was restoring and riding classic Vespas, new Vespas were also part of the scene. From the beginning, group rides included a little caffeine, beer, or wine - and of course, two-stroke smoke. It's a tradition we've kept going ever since.
